Introduction: Cultural Regeneration and Gentrification 

The topic of cultural generation and gentrification has grown in popularity amongst the artworld as a subject of interrogation and disruption. With NCAD campus situated amongst The Liberties, which is rapidly developing every year, its often a subject tackled by students and staff alike. This guide aims to give a preliminary introduction to the topic.
